Per active driver, per month. Each driver is the unit of value (a lorry moving plant), and it is the number you already think in. Planner (office) seats are always free and unlimited — so growing your office team never adds to the bill.

Because the value of the software scales with your fleet, not your office. Per-driver pricing keeps it fair for a one-planner yard and honest as you grow — and it is how the serious route and fleet platforms price too.

Every plan includes the full planning board, driver app, proof of delivery, tracking, analytics, the driver leaderboard, and customers, rate cards & invoicing. Pro adds the Maintenance & Compliance module (PMI, MOT, tacho, VED) built in. Fleet adds External Spend and Toolbox Talks, plus multi-depot, white-label, SSO and a DPA/SLA, on annual terms.

Three optional modules switch on per organisation: Maintenance & Compliance (from £49/mo) — the digital SMR planner with auto-reminders and fitter login; External Spend (from £29/mo) — track and cost every subcontracted move; and Toolbox Talks (from £39/mo) — send safety briefings to the cab and prove they were read, with a printable record for DVSA. Add any of them on Core or Pro; all three are included on Fleet.

Upgrades and added drivers take effect immediately and are prorated — you only pay the remainder of the period for the difference. Downgrades and removed drivers apply at your next renewal, so you keep what you have paid for. Switching monthly to annual applies straight away with unused time credited.

Yes — annual billing gives you two months free (about 17% off) versus monthly, and we show the monthly-equivalent so the saving is clear. Annual is the same per-driver model, just prepaid for the year.

Cancel any time from the in-app billing page (Stripe Customer Portal). Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, then stops — and your data stays exportable throughout. Billing is handled securely by Stripe; card details never touch our servers.
