GoPlannr Road Planing

Own the shift from road-space readiness to proven output.

Crews, planers, support plant, tippers, downtime, machine evidence and commercial recovery in one contractor operating system.

Built in the language of UK road planing and cold milling—not squeezed into a generic transport screen.

Built around the shift

The planer cannot work alone, and neither can its software.

GoPlannr connects road-space dependencies, crew competency, plant readiness, rotating tippers, measured output, arisings and payment evidence without turning the screen into another industry’s workflow.

Job and road space

Work zone, possession window, traffic management, RAMS, permits and target output stay with the job.

Crew and plant readiness

Foreman, operator, planer, sweeper, bowser, low-loader, support vehicles and tipper allocation stay visible before release.

Live shift control

Start, pause, downtime, variation, output and tipper cycles stay visible against the road-space window.

Evidence to commercial close

Approved measurements, machine reports, arisings tickets, downtime and evidence-backed charges remain linked.

One night-shift truth

Plan the road space. Mobilise. Produce. Reconcile. Recover.

Road-space window

The live timeline keeps mobilisation, production, downtime and remaining possession visible.

Tipper carousel

Each allocated vehicle has its own cycle stage instead of repeating one lorry. Predictive return intelligence is labelled planned below.

Downtime recovery

Causes, duration, proof and commercial treatment are captured at the event.

Output truth

Area, volume, tonnes, machine evidence and destination receipts are reconciled, not silently blended.

Role-specific field control

The foreman and operatives get the shift—not an office dashboard squeezed onto a phone.

Readiness, pre-start dependencies, start, pause, downtime, variation and completion controls follow the worker’s duty. Tipper drivers receive only their repeated arisings cycle.

  • Duty-aware controls
  • Night-safe timestamps
  • Evidence at the exception
  • Safe retry after signal loss

Mobilisation and GoPlannr Exchange

Transport readiness without a mixed interface.

Road Planing records the planer, low-loader, driver, collection, work site, timing and POD as native mobilisation. If Plant Haulage is also licensed, an audited handoff creates a separate plant move there.

  • Road Planing sees readiness and completion only
  • Plant Haulage sees its own plant move only
  • Machine location changes only from confirmed transport evidence
  • No combined dashboard, invoice, search or field agenda
Machine evidence

Import what the machine knows. Keep the original.

Configurable WPT-style imports retain the original report and can store area, volume, tonnes, fuel, water, machine hours and carbon inputs where supplied.

Product-isolated

Road Planing routes, records, reports, invoices and APIs require the matching licence and user assignment.

Controlled release

Tipper rotations remain draft until a planner reviews and explicitly releases the field tasks.

Auditable actuals

Approved events, measurements, tickets and machine evidence are corrected through append-only records.

Questions

Road Planing questions, answered.

Yes. Road Planing has its own job and shift planner, control room, field experience, evidence, reporting and commercial records. Plant Haulage and Aggregates never bleed into its screens.

Road Planing records mobilisation and demobilisation as native transport readiness and proof. If the customer also licenses Plant Haulage, GoPlannr Exchange can hand the work across while each team sees only its own native record.

Yes. Shift timestamps are night-safe, readiness covers the full crew and support plant, and the plan supports a rotating multi-tipper cycle rather than repeating one selected vehicle.

No. It imports and reconciles authorised machine reports and OEM data. It does not control milling machines or decide which measurement source is legally or commercially definitive.

The live product records variation events, evidence, approved output and commercial charges. The structured customer-approval and payment-application workflow is a clearly labelled pilot capability until its full acceptance band passes.

Through a personalised agreement based on shifts, crews, machines, depots, machine-report sources, integrations, evidence retention, optional modules and support.

Put your next shift through a product built for planing.

We will scope your crews, machines, tipper pattern, evidence, machine-report sources, commercial units and support in one personalised agreement.
